Laptop with {touch} feature, please advise

Hi guys,

I'm not a pro in the latest tech , thinking of getting a laptop with {touch}.

Was wondering anyone can advise whether the laptops with {touch} feature, is the LED screen the same as those without the feature? Looking at it will get headache or not?

Been using ipad and smartphone, and feel eyes tired and sometimes headache. My current laptop dont hv touch feature, looks fine to my eye view so far.
