Hi gurus,
Last year (end of Jan), I bought an Acer S3 Ultrabook from Harvey Norman with the 2 years extended warranty services. This morning when I on my laptop, my battery showing a big 'X' or cross symbol indicates I need a battery replacement. Here's my question, does Harvey Norman covers the replacement cost (most probably nope, cause it's a wear and tear issue), if so, how much will they charge OR, any recommended shop to replace the battery? How much would it cost?
Since I still have the Harvey Norman's warranty, would it be ok if I replace it outside as I am afraid the warranty will void once the sticker has been destroyed as the battery is built internally??

for those who are using Ultrabook (any other brand) for the same experience
