buy a new laptop. need recommendation,

heyy. im plannin to buy a new laptop. i dont play games.
Focus on speed (for internet surfing and multitaskin), design, battery life, and weight (prefer less than 2.6kg).

i've been considering Acer V3 571 and Asus s56c. Any opinion? Would like to hear more recommendation if ther's any better ones out there.
My budget is around rm2500-rm3000.

Avoid DELL/Mac/Sony/Samsung. and prefer window 7.
