Need some recommendation on budget laptop, budget touch screen laptop

hi all sifu here, need recommendation to buy the laptop for my dad. Only normal use and browsing internet, budget around RM1000 to 1500, the screen size around 13 to 14 inch and my dad wanted the touch screen function from the laptop. Thanks all for the recommendation
