I am really frustrated for the fact that my HP Folio 13 has once again fail me with USB2.0 port failure. I have sent such unit to HP Tower for warranty during October and yes, they fix for me, but today, it is not working again, and it is exactly the same situation.
I was wondering, will it be possible to request them to take out my SSD when I send in for repair as I don't want reformat and clear my personal data. Or should I just leave it and ask them to fix provided that they won't steal any personal data from it.
