I did my fair bit of research on laptops that would suit my needs:
1. Preferred Brand: Any
2. Budget: Around the 2k range
3. Usage: College use, HD movies, light gaming, music etc.
4. Preferred laptop/screen size: Nothing smaller then a 14 inch
5. Other requirements: MUST be thin and lightweight for mobility, touchscreen could be a bonus but not necessary, sleek looking like the macbook and a backlit keyboard could be a huge pluspoint for me![tongue.gif]()
And I came up with these laptops:
Asus
Vivobook S400 i5 win8 rm2.4k (with touchscreen)
K46CM-WX090H i5 win8 rm2k (without touchscreen)
S56CM-XX090H rm2.2k
HP
envy series i5 win7 rm2.6k (without touchscreen)
Is the touchscreen necessary? Also any other ultrabooks to recommend that is around the 2k price range? With and without touchscreen will do
Thanks
