Laptop for student in Art and Design field, what the best u think

Hello, i looking the best laptop with limited budget from my friend. he is in art and design field. he play with with a lot of adobe software Metal 3d something lke that la.. i didn't know much. he ask help to find the best laptop.. since here im a Asus user so i recomended on Asus brand.

any of master here have recomendation for me in rm2k +- budget for a new lappy for a Art & design field
