Suggestion to build own PC or buy a laptop, Need input (Budget 3k)

Hi guys

I would like u guys to suggest to me which choice to go for.
1. Build own PC
2. Buy a laptop

Some info, currently i have a office laptop and another laptop at home (used almost 7-8 years) i think i can feel it almost dead soon. So i thinking to buy another pc rig for light gaming & working OR buy another laptop. Any suggestion for pc rig/laptop around RM3k?

At least 8GB RAM

GeForce 9600 GT / ATI Radeon HD 3870

At least 20GB of free space

So with these requirement, what pc/laptop can i get for a budget of 3k? Your input is highly appreciated.
