Where can I buy older (but unused) laptops?, Used/refurbished laptop is fine too

I'm looking to buy laptops that are few generations old (e.g. Surface Laptop 1, XPS 15 9560, etc.). Where should I look?

Harvery Norman, etc. usually will only list fairly-recent products.
