Inquiry About Macbook Price, AP ?? FAKE ?? CHINA ??

This is my first/second (as one in mobile computing and one in apple byte) thread asking about pricing of Notebook .

I saw many cheap Apple product recently in Mudah , like Macbook Air 2013 for only 2k ?? Macbook Retina 2013 for only 2k ??

1) Is this notebook fake Apple ?? (like Those China Iphone which running JAVA)
2) Is this just AP/Imported set which working as same as original Apple Mac ?
3) How to check during COD if i want to make sure its running like a original Mac ?
