Which Brand?, Need Sifu Advise

Hi all,

I dunno am I doing the right to create a thread here, but I'm really need an advice from you guys

I'm planning to buy a laptop that durable, high quality, good for media and gaming. Customer service is a plus. Budget below RM2300.

Due to many choices, I'm scratching my head right now. Don't know which one the best.

I'm eyeing on this :

Lenovo Y400 - RM2,199

8GB RAM

By the way, I have very bad experience with Lenovo G series, it was terrible hardware and build quality, not sure about others model.

Plus I heard Dell customer service way much more better with others.

Need u guys advise
